The FundEX Advisor Council (FAC) acts as an important conduit between the advisors and head office. The FAC is utilized to discuss strategic initiatives, to help us better understand our advisors’ expectations, and to shape the course for continued improvement of the strategic partnership we have with our advisors.
Membership tenure on the FAC ranges from 18 to 36 months to ensure that it remains vibrant and forward moving. The FAC has, and will continue to be, a driving force behind FundEX’s continued success.
FundEX has also established an Administrator Committee that works with the focus of improving the administrative interaction between us, advisors, and their support teams. This Committee has proven invaluable in helping develop more efficient and effective processes through constructive feedback and recommendations.
