On July 1, 2021, FundEX Investments Inc. (“FundEX”) merged its mutual fund dealer operations with those of Investia Financial Services Inc. (“Investia”) via a corporate amalgamation. As a result, Investia and FundEX are becoming one single entity known under the name of Investia Financial Services Inc.
